1. Click into the WALLETS tab.
2. Search for the cryptocurrency wallet that you would like to withdraw from. You may use the search bar at the top left of the page to quickly find the wallet you are seeking.
3. Click Withdrawal.
4. In the Withdrawal screen enter the following details:
- Amount to withdraw from the wallet
- Address to withdraw the funds into
- Account Password
- 2FA code (if enabled)
5. You can also see the Transaction fee for the withdrawal and how much will be withdrawn in total after the transaction fee.
6. Hit WITHDRAW button to initiate the withdrawal. You will see a message appear if the withdrawal request is successful.
7. You will be sent a withdrawal confirmation email. You must confirm the withdrawal by clicking the confirm button in the email. Copy and paste the link into your browser if the button does not work.
