Normally, a TxID will be generated instantly after you confirm the Withdrawal in your email. In some cases the Hot wallet might be running low on funds, which means the txbit team must transfer some funds to accommodate new withdrawals.
Please allow up to 6 hours for the TxID to be generated, as there might be issues with the network or the blockchain. When you see the TxID, you may click on the Open in explorer button to open the transaction in the corresponding Blockchain Explorer. Here are the steps to follow when checking transaction status in the Blockchain Explorer:
- If the blockchain showed that the transaction has not yet been confirmed, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete.
- If the blockchain showed that the transaction is already confirmed, this means that txbit has transferred coins successfully and can not help you any further. If you still have issues and the withdrawal has not arrived, please contact the owner of the receiving address to inquire about your transaction.
- If a TxID has not been generated for 6 hours or more after clicking the email link to confirm the withdrawal, please open a support ticket.
